during my stay, I loved the helpful staff who went out of their way to make arrangements for special meals, making the experience feel truly personalized, and the beautiful courtyard and lake views from my villa added a tranquil touch to my walks in the area.

Excellent place with its outdoor pool, spa, and friendly staff. They helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

Everything was nearly perfect, though, a slightly disappointing vegetarian menu could use a remix. A few bugs tried to crash the party, but it was all part of the natural charm!

We spent 3 nights in a beautiful lake villa with a private hotspring that felt like pure luxury, and the breakfast spread blew us away! There’s a fantastic spa and a serene sauna to unwind in after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, it didn’t take away from our amazing experience at all! 😊

However, the location's flight cancellations during haze season can be a drawback, and the price may deter some visitors despite the quality offered.

I had an amazing time at the Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. The private hot springs in the Lake Villa were perfect for unwinding. The surrounding nature created a peaceful vibe, allowing me to fully relax. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. they made my stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I particularly loved the fresh juice section. One downside was the limited vegetarian options on the menu at Jeff's Cellar. I also encountered a few pesky bugs, but it's part of being in such a lush, natural environment. Overall, it’s a beautiful escape from the everyday hustle.

We stayed in a Lake Villa and thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs and beautiful waterfall nearby. The cozy atmosphere, luxurious private pool, and incredible dining at Pomelo made it feel like paradise for our family with two kids. The staff were genuinely friendly, making our experience even better.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available around the resort.
